About the Event
Let's Make a Difference
Zuma Beach in Malibu is the home of the original triathlon corporate challenge! Triathletes at Zuma Beach have raised over $20 million for some amazing causes including the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, and now the Challenged Athletes Foundation.
We have three main goals with this amazing program: to build camaraderie among colleagues, to encourage corporate health and wellness initiatives, and to use the energy created in Malibu to raise money for the Challenged Athletes Foundation as they prepare athletes for the Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.

Get Involved
Start a Team
We do all the work for you! We provide highly skilled triathlon coaches to come and speak to your organization, in person or via Zoom. They will explain the sport, the sense of satisfaction that comes from crossing the finish line in Malibu, and provide training tips and plans.
Company teams can consist of individual athletes completing the entire event, or 3-member relay teams — one swimmer, one biker, and one runner. We will place your entire company together in the transition area as long as everyone meets the fundraising minimum of $250 per person.

The Rules
How It Works
Register or Start a Team
Companies can sponsor employees or have employees register individually. Teams can be individuals completing the full event or 3-person relays (swimmer, biker, runner).
Train and Fundraise
Meet your Tower 26 coach, attend open water swim clinics at Zuma Beach, and fundraise using your personal fundraising page. Unlock perks as you hit your milestones.
Race at Zuma Beach
Your entire company racks bikes together in the transition area on race day. Cheer each other across the finish line on the world’s most beautiful triathlon course.

The Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) believes that sports and physical activity create purpose and fuel dreams. CAF is committed to providing athletes with physical disabilities life-changing access to sport — eliminating barriers through adaptive sports equipment, athletic prosthetics, and resources for coaching, training, and competition travel.
CAF is focused on empowering lives through sport, shining a bright light on the achievements of athletes and the adaptive sports movement. In the years ahead, they plan to offer even more opportunities for athletes to participate in events and clinics, experience invaluable mentorship, and feel empowered to chase their goals and dreams.
